• Payment will be processed through the payment method associated with your Apple ID.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

 

4. User Conduct

 

You agree not to:

• Use Samsonite Training Systems for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.

• Share false or misleading information.

• Interfere with Samsonite Training Systems functionality or other users’ experience.

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit any part of Samsonite Training Systems.

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Samsonite Training Systems provides fitness-related content, including workout plans, tutorials, and tracking features, but is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Before starting any fitness program, consult with a healthcare professional.

 

You acknowledge that participation in physical activities involves risks, and you assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may result.
